Candii™ Club is a subscription service providing recurring deliveries of Candii™ supplements.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Overview

Subscription delivers your chosen supplements automatically on a recurring schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or as selected at checkout).

Deliveries may include Candii Anti-Odor, Candii Chill, or Candii Glow, based on your selection.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Candii™ account or by contacting support@getcandii.in.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship nationwide across India.

International shipping will be introduced in the future.
2.2 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of each scheduled shipment.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS for each shipment.
2.3 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are included in your subscription plan unless otherwise specified.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
3. Payment & Billing

Subscription payments are recurring and charged automatically on your chosen schedule.

Candii™ Club accepts credit/debit cards, UPI, and other supported payment methods.

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information.

Failed payments may result in suspension or delay of subscription deliveries.
4. Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Candii™ Club account or contacting support@getcandii.in.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next scheduled shipment to take effect.

Changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are provided only if the product is damaged during shipping or an incorrect product is delivered.

Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
5.1 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact support@getcandii.in within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Provide your subscription/order ID and photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Verified claims will be processed within 7–10 business days for a replacement or refund.
5.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.

No refunds will be provided for completed shipments, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
