Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Refunds are applicable only if the product is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Incorrect product received.
Candii™ does not accept returns for opened or used products unless they meet the above criteria.
To initiate a return:

As part of the verification process, customers must record a video of the package being opened, clearly showing that the product is sealed and unused.
2. Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Products

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and video/photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Our team will verify the request and provide instructions for return shipping or replacement.

Once verified, we will process a full refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
