  • We plan to expand to international markets in the future.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary based on your location.

  • Candii™ may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotions, as displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your order with the courier service.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Candii™ is committed to delivering your products safely.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact support@getcandii.in within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

  • We will assist you with a reshipment or refund as per our Return Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Refunds are applicable only if the product is:

  • Damaged during shipping, or

  • Incorrect product received.

Candii™ does not accept returns for opened or used products unless they meet the above criteria.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact support@getcandii.in within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • As part of the verification process, customers must record a video of the package being opened, clearly showing that the product is sealed and unused.

2. Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Products

  1. Contact our support team at support@getcandii.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and video/photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will verify the request and provide instructions for return shipping or replacement.

  4. Once verified, we will process a full refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • For damaged or incorrect products, Candii™ will provide a replacement.

  • Exchanges are not available for change-of-mind requests.
