Become A Candii™ Creators

The Candii™ Creators Program is designed to collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to promote Candii™ supplements. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.

  • Must have an active social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or X (Twitter).

  • Creators must comply with all local laws, regulations, and platform policies.

2. Program Enrollment

  • To join, creators must complete the official Candii™ Creators Application Form.

  • Candii™ reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

  • Once approved, creators will receive unique tracking links, promo codes, or content guidelines.

3. Content & Promotion Guidelines

  • Creators must produce authentic, high-quality content that aligns with Candii™’s brand image.

  • All promotional content must clearly disclose the creator-brand partnership in accordance with advertising regulations.

  • Candii™ reserves the right to review, approve, or request edits before content is published.

  • Creators may not promote competing supplement brands during the active collaboration period without prior written consent.

4. Compensation & Rewards

  • Compensation may include monetary payment, free products, or commission-based rewards, depending on the program type.

  • Payments or commissions will be processed within 30 days of verified performance metrics.

  • Candii™ reserves the right to adjust reward structures with prior notice to participants.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of their original content.

  • By participating, creators grant Candii™ a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share submitted content across marketing and promotional channels.

  • Use of Candii™ trademarks, logos, or other brand assets outside of approved content requires written permission.

6. Termination

  • Candii™ may suspend or terminate participation at any time for violations of program terms, unethical conduct, or misrepresentation.

  • Creators may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Candii™ via email.

  • Any outstanding obligations related to compensation or content usage will be fulfilled according to existing program terms.

7. Confidentiality

  • Creators must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including campaign details, promotional strategies, and unreleased products.

  • Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the program and potential legal action.

8. Disclaimers

  • Candii™ supplements are not medications, and creators must not make false or misleading health claims.

  • Candii™ is not liable for social media platform changes, reach variations, or disputes affecting content visibility or performance.
